When calling for service, please use extension #3, or stop by and visit our new service counter. We will be happy to schedule your upcoming service appt, setup a pickup for your equipment or help you answer your service related questions. Our recently renovated shop has been updated to include two lifts, the latest in diagnostic equipment, and more than enough specials tools to repair your equipment correctly, the 1st time. All of those tools are, of course, operated by factory trained, experienced technicians that are commited to your timely repair.
A visit to our Parts Dept ( phone ext #2) and you will be helped by Hoyt, Steve or Josh. They will be happy to assist you with your parts lookup and then pull your parts from our nealy 1/4 million dollars of parts inventory. If it is a part that we do not stock, it will be promptly ordered and we can even ship it to you! Please have your model, serial and engine #'s ready when you call to help ensure a fast, smooth transaction.
Our sales staff is experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are available at phone ext #1. We pride ourselves on listening to our customer's needs and matching them with the proper equipment to make sure that the job is done timely and correctly. When calling the sales dept. you may reach Doug, Mike, or Gabe. Doug is always here and ready to help with all of your lawn and garden equipment needs. (You can even ask him battery questions!). Mike and Gabe may be harder to catch at the store, as they spend alot of time in the field doing demos and meeting with customers in the enviroment in which they will be working. Please feel free to call and ask for Mike or Gabe. They will come out and help you figure out which machine you need to demo, make you feel comfortable operating it and help you with financing to make it yours! Please ask these guys to help you with your Rental needs also!
